Tips for your new bike

Manuals

Usually, you get the manuals for your bike printed out on paper. But actually, that doesn't have to be the case. In order to save paper and protect nature, the manuals for all our bikes can be found here/will be found here bit by bit. So if you have technical questions, look here for your model.

Warranty extension

We extend your warranty! Carbon frames and forks as well as e-bikes or S-pedelecs with aluminium frames get a 6 or 10-year warranty. All you have to do is register your bike and yourself.

ON THE BIKE

FRAME, ITEM AND SERIAL NUMBER

Our bikes are supplied with a serial number (SN) and a barcode. Some older bikes may still have a frame number or product number (PN). The location of these numbers on the bikes varies depending on the model. To help you find them quickly, we have put together an overview of possible locations. If you’re unsure, please feel free to contact our service team.

FRAME STICKERS

The frame sticker contains the bike’s key details, including its size, classification and the QR code for the warranty.

CLASSIFICATION

Although our bikes have been tested to exceed the standard, we still classify them according to the official classifications. This is the first indication of what each bike is suitable for.
