Hero of your home turf

  • Optimized kinematics for strong progression

With the upgrade of our well-known F.O.L.D. kinematics, your THRON 6.9 is ready for even more trail fun. We kept the well-liked sensitivity of the F.O.L.D. but changed the positioning of our kinematics within the frame for strong bottom-out resistance. The characteristics are completely progressive which results in a chassis that offers a lot of stability in any terrain. This allows you to handle any trail while the chassis still provides comfort for long laps. Furthermore, the lower standover of the THRON 6.9 gives you more space to play on the trail.

  • For your inner child

The THRON 6.9 is made to surf trails. It is made for your inner child, made to have fun and awaken the explorer that you are. The geometry of the THRON 6.9 makes you feel comfortable and confident in any situation. You are in control whether it's a technical or flow trail, no matter you go up or down. Pure riding fun first. You stay relaxed on long tours and go fast on trails. Smooth running 29" wheels support both riders experienced and beginner.

  • Integration done right

It's all about the details: Our C.I.S. 2.0 stem, the updated version of our previous C.I.S. (Cockpit Integration Solution), simplifies adjustments of your cockpit setup and completes the clean look of our THRON 6.9. All cables run directly into the frame below the stem, so you don’t have to open brake lines or shifting cables when changing the height of your cockpit. Furthermore, the THRON 6.9 comes with a tool bag between the top and down tube angle. The tool bag offers space for all your essentials like a multi-tool, tube and a small pump.

Suspension

What SAG do you recommend? What is SAG?
SAG is the amount of way the shock compresses when you just sit on your bike without moving. You adjust it with the pressure you pump in your shock with a shock pump. Our SAG recommendation is 25%. To see the actual percentage, you use the O-Ring that is placed on the fork and shock. For detailed set-up recommendations for your shock, see this chart: THRON models
