Ideally, all bicycles are shipped within 48 hours of your order. Your dealer and you will receive a confirmation to the specified email when the bike is shipped. The bike is then delivered to the dealer, who sets it up professionally.

As we involve our dealers in "click & collect" to be able to offer our customers the best service, unfortunately your order cannot be collected directly from us. Please contact your Focus dealer.

We will ship the bike free of charge to the dealer, who will set it up and adjust it professionally. If you do not want to keep the bike, we, unfortunately, have to retain 50€ for the return.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, unfortunately we can no longer make any changes to the order itself. If you no longer require the bike, please inform your FOCUS dealer immediately so that they can take all further steps.

No, unfortunately we do not sell used bikes or prototypes.

If you do not like the bike and wish to return it to us, we will deduct a €50.00 handling and carriage charge from the refund amount. To ensure that you receive your full refund from us, please make sure that the bike is in its original, unused condition. The same applies to all accessories included with the bike.

We cannot provide you detailed information about the battery reach as it depends on many different parameters (weight of the rider, terrain, tires, tire pressure, temperature etc.) As these factors are unknown to us, we can't give you a fact based information about it. For more information about the battery spec, please check the product detail page.

The total weight limit includes the weight of the rider, bike and all equipment. You can find the total weight for a specific bike on the respective Family Pages. In addition, the maximum permissible total weight can be found on the CE sticker on the underside of the top tube.

The dimension shown on the thru-axle is the total length. You only need to pay attention to the installation dimension (e.g. 142x12 or 110x15) and the R.A.T version of your bike. Standards (Labelling/Bike)

You will have 2 years of warranty on the battery after buying the e-bike. In case of any other warranty questions regarding the battery, please get directly in touch with your delivery dealer.

In addtion to the legal verification of 2 years, we offer our customers the possibility to extend the total warranty period to 6 years on carbon frames and forks or 10 years for all e-bike frames. The warranty period goes into effect upon purchase and is only valid for the first owner; it is non transferable and invalid for second hand bikes and will not be extended by replacing the frame or any part of it.

Yes, FOCUS has offered crash replacement for carbon frames and forks since production year 2013. The offer comprises a price reduction of 50% of the frameset retail price in the first year following the date of purchase. In the second year, following the date of purchase, this price reduction amounts to 30% and to 20% in the third year.
