At our homebase in Stuttgart, we have designed and adapted our office according to the needs of our employees. Therefore, we have set up areas in our open workspace that are meant for collaboration and those suitable for individual work.
We adapt our working environment to our employees' individual needs and requirements. We, therefore, work flexibly from home or in the office without core working hours. And yet we are always happy when we all meet in the office because that is what makes us: our togetherness. We value our work just as much as each and every one of our colleagues. Every day, between 12 and 2 pm we have our "FOCUS TIME". During that time, we agreed on having no meetings, and no appointments other than riding the bikes together or sharing lunchtime, or being fully committed to a work task that needs full attention. During the FOCUS time, you can really experience the idea of how we interact with each other. We take a moment to enjoy the company of our colleagues and being outside of the office for a moment.
Every employee, whether you are full-time, part-time, or even a working student, will be provided with up to two FOCUS bikes to call their own for two years.
Choose your favourite bike from our current roster to try on a lunch ride or to take for your next bikepacking vacation. Beyond, we offer subsidized Urban Sports Club Memberships for all our colleagues.
We equip every employee with work gear that´s appropriate to the special demands of our workplace. Beyond that, we have multiple industry deals in the bike industry, from which we all benefit when we need new gear or equipment.
We provide good coffee, water, tea, and fresh fruit to all our employees. We believe some of our best ideas were discussed in the kitchen while drinking a good cappuccino or cooking together.
Team events are important to us in order to get to know each other better outside the office or to push ideas forward. For this purpose, we organise offsites for individual departments or a regular get-together for all employees.
