The JARIFA² uses headsets with ZS56/ZS56 standard.

We can approve a number of modifications within the JARIFA² specs. This means, for example, that you can retrofit the fork of the JARIFA² 6.8 to the JARIFA² 6.7 X. We can approve the following replacements within the specs:
- Shock replacement within the specifications
- Fork replacement within the specifications
- Brake replacement within the specifications
- Cassette or gear ratio within the specifications
- Lights within the specifications
What you should not change under any circumstances are the wheel size and the speed sensor. Even though the JARIFA² is available with 27.5" and 29" wheels, the individual frame sizes and versions are not designed to accommodate the other wheel size. We therefore strongly advise against doing so. Similarly, the speed sensor cannot be changed. We use DT Swiss magnets in the rim. We cannot approve a change to, for example, Bosch magnets on the rim.

You can order a different stem length via your dealer. All cables run directly into the frame below the stem, so you don’t have to open brake lines or shifting cables when changing the stem. But you should consider the following: Switching to a longer stem might require longer cables. Make sure the cables are long enough. Switching to a shorter stem might lead to long cables which could be shortened for a cleaner look. Here are all stem lengths with their order number:

Yes, depending on the model, the JARIFA² is available with the compact 540 Wh battery, the 600 Wh battery or the larger 800 Wh battery. All are removable, interchangeable and can be used with the same down tube cover. So you don't need a new cover. In addition, the JARIFA² is compatible with the 250 Wh range extender in all sizes. That means six battery configurations from 600 to a whopping 1050 Wh.

Nothing more than the battery you want to install. The cover fits all battery sizes. For a new battery, please contact your local FOCUS dealer.

We recommend getting updates for your bike. If there is a new firmware, you can update your e-bike firmware via the Bosch e-Bike Flow app or ask your local dealer.

Remove the cover with the locking system, turn the key, press the button on the top of the battery and hold the battery. Be careful not to drop the heavy battery.

There is no definite answer to that. Different factors have an impact on your range. Your weight, riding type, the terrain you ride, which support mode you prefer and and even the temperatures can influence how long your battery will last. When you buy it, make sure you get the right battery size or ask your local dealer for help if you are not sure if 600 Wh or 800 Wh is the best battery size for you. Keep in mind that the JARIFA² offers full exchangeability between those two battery sizes and is compatible with the 250 Wh range extender for all sizes.

Yes, there is space for a Bosch ConnectModule under the motor cover. However, it is not included in the scope of delivery and requires an additional paid subscription if it is retrofitted.

In the case of error message F10004, the software version of your e-bike does not match that of your Range Extender. You can fix this by updating via the Bosch Flow app. The range extender must be connected to your e-bike for this. Alternatively, you can also go to your FOCUS dealer who can install the update for you.

The scope of delivery includes all parts required for display replacement or GoPro mounting. This also includes all spacers for reducing the travel of the dropper post.
