As a Bike Mechanic in Customer Care (M/F/D), you will be responsible for telephone and digital support, interacting with our customers and developing the Customer Care area and processes together with your colleagues. As a specialist, you take care of complicated service cases and have a very good technical knowledge of bicycles.
