The Cayo Evo is once again rated “Very Good”

RoadBIKE magazine tests the Cayo Evo 2.0

You could be forgiven for thinking that RoadBIKE just can’t get enough of the FOCUS Cayo Evo; in December, it was put forward for an individual test, and then in issue 3/2012 the FOCUS Cayo Evo 2.0 received rave reviews in testing as a long-distance bike. Now, the 3.0 will be reviewed in the current fourth issue. It is applauded as a “real winner”, and its compact riding position, forward propulsion and great performance over undulating terrain earn it plenty of praise, with the comfortable ride and reasonable price tag amongst its other plus points.

The test verdict: “The new Cayo Evo captures the imagination with its sportiness and obvious prowess over undulating terrain – only its weight prevents it being awarded a Best Buy.”

Sixteen bikes were tested in total, six of which were rated “Very Good”. See issue 4/2012 of RoadBIKE for the complete test report.
